Duration: Three hours action packed but relaxed and friendly cooking session .
Capacity: 6-12 people per session.
Location: Södermalm, Ersta in a private home. Futher instructions will be provided after booking.
What will I learn: You will learn how to cook vegetarian in the comfort of place like your own home, whether you've never cooked before or are an expert cook. This cooking session with Maddy will teach you how to cook delicious, healthy vegetarian foods. Lessons will include a step by step system of all cooking techniques along with vegan health information, and more. Each class is structured with focus to serve quick meals, filling hot breakfasts, easy lunches, wholesome dinner meals, and light meals as well.
What is included: You will be welcomed by coffee/ tea/Green tea & lite snacks along with an introduction of “Menu of the day”. All ingredients and recepies for the cooking will be provided. Aprons, Caps and Hand Gloves will also be provided.
Who can attend: Anyone interested in vegan or vegetarian cooking & health. Those new to cooking vegan and Vegetarian.
